Governor Víctor Manuel Castro Cosío publicly backed Sheinbaum, reaffirming his commitment to increasing the federal health budge

La Paz, BCS – During her tour of the Peninsula, President Claudia Sheinbaum today inaugurated a modern Hemodynamics Room at the IMSS-Bienestar regional hospital and announced an additional investment to strengthen the institution's services in Baja California Sur.
During the morning press conference, Sheinbaum highlighted the importance of this work:
“Providing highly specialized catheterization equipment allows for timely treatment of cardiovascular emergencies, guaranteeing quality care for families in South California.”
Governor Víctor Manuel Castro Cosío publicly backed Sheinbaum, reaffirming his commitment to increasing the federal health budget and condemning any defamatory campaign against the federal government .
The new infrastructure will allow for faster treatment of cardiovascular diseases throughout the region; the state leader of IMSS-Bienestar confirmed that the increased budget will also be allocated to hiring medical personnel and updating other hospital units technologically.
