La Paz is transforming: Milena Quiroga presents historic investment of over 200M pesos in 15 road projects

Highlights include the Southwest and Southeast Circuits, which, along with the new Vial Monitoring Center, have reduced travel times on Forjadores Boulevard from 1h 20m to just 30 minutes.
