Public universities of the Mar de Cortés join forces to boost regional scientific and sustainable development
The five most important public universities in northwest Mexico (BC, BCS, Nayarit, Sinaloa, Sonora) presented sustainable development projects at the Summit 2025 of the Mar de Cortés Forum. The alliance aims to apply science in areas such as biotechnology (UABC), sustainability (UABCS), and AI (USON) to boost the regional economy.

La Paz as International Host: 1st UNESCO Learning Cities Forum Inaugurated in BCS
La Paz Mayor Milena Quiroga inaugurated the 1st UNESCO Learning Cities Forum in BCS.
