Following recent violent events in Baja California Sur , authorities have strengthened security in the state with the arrival of a battalion made up of members of the Secretariat of the Navy (SEMAR) and the National Guard.


This deployment seeks to strengthen surveillance and crime prevention efforts in the municipalities most affected by organized crime.


State authorities have indicated that this measure is part of a comprehensive strategy to guarantee the peace and security of citizens.
