Road closures on the La Paz boardwalk for the Student Day race

The 5-kilometer race will feature participation from students from various educational institutions in the city.

This Friday, May 16, the La Paz seafront will host the Student Day commemorative footrace, which will require temporary road closures in the area.

Starting at 4:00 p.m., traffic will be closed on Paseo Álvaro Obregón, between Márquez de León and Héroes del 47.

The 5-kilometer race will feature participation from students from various educational institutions in the city.

Once the last runner crosses the finish line, traffic will be partially restored.

For the awards ceremony, the closure of the Álvaro Obregón area, between Agustín Arriola and 5 de Mayo, will be reduced, reopening to full traffic at 10:00 p.m.

Municipal authorities recommend that drivers take precautions and consider alternate routes during the event. The community is also invited to attend and support the participants in this sporting event.
