La Paz International Film Festival announces 2025 lineup

The La Paz International Film Festival has revealed the official lineup for its 2025 edition, which will take place from June 15 to 21.
The event, which brings together filmmakers from Mexico and around the world, will screen more than 60 films, including feature films, documentaries, and short films, focusing on environmental and social issues.
This year, the guest country will be Canada, and renowned filmmakers, actors, and producers will be present.
In addition to screenings, the festival will include workshops, panel discussions, and activities for film students and the general public.
Festival director Mariana Álvarez emphasized that the goal is to consolidate La Paz as a cultural center in northwestern Mexico. Activities will take place at venues such as the Teatro de la Ciudad , Cinemex La Paz , and open-air spaces.
