Organized by the South California Institute for the Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities (ISIPD), this performance seeks to promote inclusion and recognition of the rights of persons with disabilities in Baja California Sur .
A cast that breaks barriers
The work features the participation of beneficiaries of the Day Center for People with Disabilities, who, with appropriate support and an empathetic methodology, demonstrate their talent and contribute to the cultural and artistic development of the state.
This initiative stands out not only for its artistic value, but also for its focus on inclusion and equity.
Jorge Alberto Vale Sánchez , head of the ISIPD , highlighted the importance of these types of events to promote the active participation of people with disabilities in the cultural and social life of the entity.
"It's essential to create spaces where everyone can express themselves and be part of the cultural development of our state , " he said.
Interinstitutional collaboration
The completion of this project was made possible thanks to the collaboration of the Collective of Institutions for People with Disabilities (CIFPD), which has worked to incorporate this segment of the population into the social, economic, and productive life of the entity, in addition to exercising their right to various spheres of society.
This inter-institutional collaboration reflects the commitment of various organizations and government agencies to building a more inclusive and equitable society.
