Mexico faces its first heat wave of 2025, and Baja California Sur is no exception.


Although the most extreme temperatures have been recorded in states such as Coahuila and Nuevo León , in BCS temperatures above 40°C have been reported, especially in areas such as Ciudad Constitución and La Paz .


The National Meteorological Service has issued recommendations for the public, including avoiding sun exposure between 11:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., staying hydrated, wearing lightweight clothing, and protecting yourself from the sun.
