La Paz, BCS – In the second edition of the MICHELIN Guide Mexico, Baja California Sur adds three new distinguished restaurants , reaching a total of 21 recognized establishments between 2024 and 2025.
State Tourism Secretary Maribel Collins emphasized that the recognition reflects the cultural diversity and excellent quality of Southern Californian cuisine, consolidating the state as a complete tourist destination.
In its 2025 edition, the prestigious MICHELIN Guide recognized three new establishments in Baja California Sur, bringing the total to 21. The distinction highlights the region's cultural heritage and positions Baja California Sur as a top-level culinary destination.
